in these case you can panic :-)
can you still open your odb doc and check your tables ?
if not open the doc with tool to unzip the content and check if the
"data" file is still present

I'm using the embeded database - HSQL.
I would LIKE to get away from this but the couple of times I tried in
the past were a complete failure!!
