SUMPRODUCT($A$1:$A$5="this";$B$1:$B$5="that")
A1*B1 => 1 or 0
A2*B2 => 1 or 0
A3*B3 => 1 or 0
A4*B4 => 1 or 0
A5*B5 => 1 or 0
