Just downloaded and installed 2011-09-22

Good news: it finally uninstalls cleanly without leaving any leftovers

Bad news: the menu links don't show any icons and all fail to execute with a
MS C++ error message.

I had the same result on two different Win XP Pro SP3 En_US
