I also use Mac OS X 10.7.1 and about 30% of the time when I manually quit
LibreOffice (not close, but quit according to the Mac universe), I get a
system message saying "LibreOffice quit unexpectedly." I have deleted the
"3" folder containing all the preferences and support files and let LO build
it again, but it didn't change anything. I've also reinstalled LO.

There is some kind of problem in Mac Lion where LibreOffice does a normal
quit and then crashes during that process. I'll probably submit a bug
report, but I've resisted because I can't reproduce this 100% of the time.
It just randomly happens during a normal quit.
