A friend has installed Libre 3.4.2 on his Windows 7 computer.
He then installed the Libre Help file and Windows put it in Documents.
It does not work.
Where should it be?

There is a default location for the help file that is used. I tried to
locate a setting to remap the help files to another location but did not
find one (on Linux). The simplest is to reinstall and accept the
defaults.

BTW. I am a Mac user.
