Hello list!
I am a writer using LibreOffice. My new editor uses MS Word and sent me
my book back saying to enable "Final Showing Markup". That feature
doesn't seem to be anywhere on the latest LibreOffice Writer. Anyone
have any insight for this issue?
I believe this is the same as 'track changes' in Work and LO - at least
according to Googles.
I just tested a new doc in Word 2003 used 'Tools|Track Changes' and
reopened the doc in LO 3.3.3 and it shows the changes. I did the same in
reverse (saved as a .doc & opened in Word and the changes don't show...
until I select 'Tools|Track Changes' and then do it one more time. Then
the changes show.
So... if this is what your editor is using then in LO:
Edit|Changes|tick 'Record' and 'Show'.
