Thanks for the reply. I had one custom path that I redid a few minutes ago. I went to my office today (where the server is located) and found three LibreOffice documents (one writer and two calc) where, if they were opened, would also connect to the server in question and the server would then appear on my desktop. However, there are no LibreOffice or OpenOffice document or files on this server and these documents were never saved to that server volume. Under what conditions can opening a LibreOffice document result in a hard drive or server volume be automatically connected? It seems really strange. At this point it's an academic question. I saved the documents as Microsoft Office and then imported them back into LibreOffice as new documents and don't have this issue any more. -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/There-was-a-problem-connecting-to-the-server-servername-tp3272976p3273648.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: users+help@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
