Hi Y'all,
Not a Master Page, but a Layout instead of the one I choose every week and for
which, each and every time, have to manually adjust the size and placement of
text boxes (or place holders, whatever they're properly called). I would just
like to do it once more, then add it to the list from which I can pick. Hope
that's clear enough. I'll surely apologize if I missed it, but could not find
anything on the F1/Help page when I did a search for 'custom layout.'
I probably should add that I know absolutely squat about programming. Am hoping
the possibility is already there, but Grandpa just hasn't located it yet. :-)

These may be of help:

[Chapter 3 - Using Styles and Templates (ODT) (PDF)]
Create the layout that you like, then File|Templates|Save & save as a
template ('My Templates' is a good choice). The next time you open the
template it should/will retain the layout that you saved in the template.
And rereading/comprehending your initial post, I see that doesn't
accomplish what you want to do. Sorry, I'll dig a little deeper.
