I need to create a mailing list of my friends but I would hate to copy

Is there any way to extract the email id's , say for example on a web

Thanks for your support!
I assume the Thunderbird has an import feature. I would do dry run of it
to find out what the file types work best for it. If you have an digital
copy of the addresses or can easily get one you need to save them a
format compatible with Thunderbird. Importing should then work.
Unfortunately I do not use Thunderbird so I have to be a little vague
about the details.
