[libreoffice-users] How to extract email addresses in Firefox/ Open office document

I need to create a mailing list of my friends but I would hate to copy

and paste the individual email ids of each one of them.

Is there any way to extract the email id's , say for example on a web

page or in a text document and copy them all in Thunderbird's address book?
