You can use the following key combinations for 'Paste unformatted text':
(1) Default: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V
(2) Ctrl+Shift+V, U, Enter
(3) Record (2) as macro, and a assign a user-defined shortcut key
[my shortcut key: Ctrl+U]
