No. I want what we used to have with OOo... downloads for each language,
complete with the help file for that language ONLY...
This is a known wish, with valid reasons. AFAIK, the devs are fully aware of it and work on it - within the range of what is currently possible. One example: Windows installer has already shrinked with 30MB for 3.4.0
