it may have been answered earlier but this is my first mail to the list
and i am having a little problem with an odb, so thank you for your answers!
I am on an Ubuntu 10.10 and my LibreOffice version is 3.3.2-19.
The problem that i am having is that whichever form i try to open is
"read only" and so i can not save any kind of data.
On the contrary, i can enter data through the tables manually and save
without problem.
I have also tried creating a new base for testing but i am having the
same issue.
The same thing happens on an other pc with Ubuntu 11.04.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
thank you! :)Hi,Have you actually tried to enter any data on the form? Forms say
"Read only" in the title bar, because you cannot edit the form, but
you can enter and edit data.I haven't had any problems using LO on Ubuntu. If you have Open
Office installed it can interfere with LO also. I
did have problems with some forms, but that all disappeared when I
removed OO.Hope that helps.--
God bless you
