Perhaps the devs list?  I think changing the name involves changing a lot 
behind-the-scenes (=under-the-bonnet).  I seem to remember a problem with this 
in a previous release or an earlier beta?

mailing list, that's where people deal with stuff like the naming of the
files (I think).
