I seem to be having the same problem unsubscribing... Have sent blank 
emails and ones that say "unsubscribe" in the subject line to that email 
address: users+help@libreoffice.org and I'm still getting all the 
individual messages, along with the digest, which is what I wanted in 
the first place.
