That doesn't always work - Apparently not for me at least. My email address on this list is a 
redirect to my actual ISP address (which has worked fine for years everywhere else). So, when I try 
to unsub, it bounces every time. When I use my actual address, of course it comes back as 
non-subscribed. And apparently there's no web interface for managing list subscriptions so I guess 
I'll just have to flag the list itself as spam so I don't see it any more.
