Здравствуйте, Алексей!
Я перепробовал:
1) Writer(Times_New_Roman): Ctrl-C
Impress(Arial): Ctrl-V OK!
(Если надо, View > Toolbars > TextFormatting)
Подсвечиваю_текст
Times_New_Roman OK!
Arial
OK!
2) Writer(Arial): Ctrl-C
Impress(Arial): Ctrl-V OK!
Подсвечиваю_текст
Times_New_Roman OK!
Arial
OK!
У меня (пока) все работает...

Hi, Alexey!
I've tried:

Impress(Arial): Ctrl-V OK!
(If needed, View > Toolbars > TextFormatting)
Select_whole_text
Times_New_Roman OK!
Arial
OK!
2) Writer(Arial): Ctrl-C
Impress(Arial): Ctrl-V OK!
Select_whole_text
Times_New_Roman OK!
