Hello Glenn,

What I can see clearly is that LibreOffice and OpenOffice don't support Microsoft Office 2007 formats, but they do support Microsoft Office 97/XP/2000/2003 and ODF formats very well... Please check if there's any instalation error in your LibreOffice package (give priority to Repositories install of libreoffice package instead of intalling it manually)...

Hope I could help you,

André M.

For arda@duzen.com.tr who wrote, "I can use any format, it's not a problem for me, but you or I cannot tell using other formats to any computer illiterate
who only know ms office which they learn in school."

And isn't that a great loss! Schools fostering commercialism and thinking they are providing a service to their students when they are only contributing
to a bias.
