Hi :)

Generally it is better to start your own thread but don't worry this time. I
don't really know a good answer to the specifics of the question you asked but
some side-issues spring to mind.

I'm fairly sure you can have both word-processors (WP & LO) installed on a
system at the same time and just use a right-click and "Open with" to open a
document with the non-default word-processor.

I am not sure which version of WIndows you are using but on Xp it is possible to
install 2 keyboard layouts and put a button on the taskbar so you can switch
between them easily. I'm not in Xp right now but it is somewhere in Regional or
language settings in the Control Panel i think.

Regards from
Tom :)

to Libreoffice (have
been using Openoffice on and off in the past).Question:Wordperfect has a
handy little function, that allows the user to
assign just about everything to individual keys, including which
letter they represent.Since I am a German, but live in Japan where I use
Dell machines,
which have basically the American keyboard layout,I cherished this
Wordperfect function, because it allowed me to
assign the letter "y" and "z" to their respective opposite position. That
means, if I switch under Windows to the German keyboard layout,
the "y" comes to lie where "z" is printed on the key and vice versa.
The WP function allows me to change that, so that I get a "y", where
it is printed on the key. This is not essential, but I have been used to that
layout for my
typing. Is there any way, I could accomplish this little feat in
    Libreoffice?Thank you.
