Yes, they don't co-exist well at all.  I think it is something that the 
developers want to fix but i am not sure.

The problem is solve.
I remove OO.Org 3.2 and LibO 3.3 and re install LibO 3.3
That did it.
it seem that the 2 of them don't coexiste very welll
