Most people understand either so just use whichever you feel like at the time.
I tend to prefer to type it out in full but i don't always do that. I think
early on it was generally agreed to use LibO but we have grown a lot since then.

Well "LibO" is the shortcut used by the Frenchies. Not sure about what others
use.
