Hi :)
I think this is a good question to copy&paste into the developer's mailing
list. If we could truthfully say that LibreOffice works on Windows, Mac, Linux
and BSD then that would be really great.
Earlier today & yday there were posts about building from git
http://www.documentfoundation.org/develop/
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/How_to_build
But there was a suggestion that there might also be a page on building from
source. A slackware blogg about RC4 seems less than helpful for you right now
but might link into something more useful.
http://alien.slackbook.org/blog/release-candidate-four-of-libreoffice-3-3-0/
The best bet is to post this question to the developer's list and then perhaps
pass on their advice to the documentation list, or pass the info to me for me to
give to the documentation team.
Good luck with sorting this! The "no icecream" error message sounded really
bad!
Regards from
Tom :)
