[libreoffice-users] Base documentation - or the lack of it

I was downloading the latest documentation for OOo and LibreO
and I discovered that there is no Base document to be had.  There
is some in the "intro" documents, but nothing as detailed[?] as
Writer and Calc has with its own "book" of chapters on that subject.
There seems only one chapter for Base - "Getting Started with Base".

Is there any issues I should know about why there is little documents
to download for Base?  I know that I will be asked this question.  OOo
people may have dropped the ball with this, but is there a group of
writers working on LibreOffice's documentation for Base?
