Mac OSX 10.6.4 OOo 3.2.1 LibO 3.3 beta1

I read recently, either here or over in OOo, about a key combination to paste unformatted text in
Writer. The combination was Cmd+Alt+Shift+V. Cmd+Shift+V calls up the same as Edit/Paste Special,
which gives a window with the choice of Formatted Text (RTF) or Unformatted Text, but
Cmd+Alt+Shift+V goes straight to the insertion of unformatted text.

I have so far not been able to find where it was that this was referenced, since I seem to remember
that it was something of an aside in the thread.

My question is: can this be made the default for Cmd+V instead of the current default of Paste
Special/Formatted Text (RTF)? I have tried Tools/Options/Keyboard, and I can see that, beside
Cmd+V it says Paste Unformatted Text, but it doesn't.

I can also see, when I choose Category:Edit and Function: Paste Unformatted Text, that it now shows
⇑❖^V (where the ❖ symbol is the nearest I can come to the Cmd symbol) and ❖V as alternatives.
However, only the full four-character shortcut works. [Incidentally in my book, ^V is Ctrl+V not
Alt+V but Cmd+Ctrl+Shift+V just beeps, and Cmd+Alt+Shift+V actually does the job.]

Two questions:

1. How can I get Cmd+V to paste unformatted text?
2. Can I make this the default behaviour for Cmd+V in Writer?

TIA

//James
