A couple of followups:

* Someone pointed me to https://sustainoss.org which is involved in this
field. I've dropped them a line to say hello

* As Italo mentions, there's also the marketing plan which looks at
sustainability of the project as a whole, especially in terms of the
ecosystem around LibreOffice, contributing a lot of code and features
