thanks a lot for the kind words, which I want to relay to the team - I 
am really happy and proud to work with everyone, and I am happy we were 
able to handle the conference despite the technical issues.

Apologies to all those whose talks were affected, I understand this is 
an annoying thing. Truly sorry for the experience!
