Will leave that image as is then
Just finished a deep search for LibreOffice Hackfest and found some good
stuff from Europe, Brasil, India and Cambodia. Male y Female. Will do two
things;
Put together a collage image.
Get in touch with the individual rights holders asking for permission to
use. I think the only person I don't know personally is Allan Day at Red
Hat, but I suspect he will be amenable.

Will post up, after I hear back from these folks.

HI Drew, yes feel free to amend it as you think it make sense. I am not
a graphic editor.
I suppose there is no option to have two different headers for mobile
and desktop .... :(

And thanks again for you kindness.

Paolo

Hi,

I see you updated the twitter page. Ah. The problem, if it is one, is on
the mobile app. The avatar is right over the fellows head - I could redo
the crop and shift him to the right, or left, as to not have that happen.

License: cc-by-nc IIRC, you can check that with the rights holder; Bjoern

White boy...hmmm, well the shot is from the latest libo hackfest. Anyway
I
see your point.

Otherwise, if you can use great.
If you would need it tweaked I'll do so.
If you want something totally different, no problem.

Best wishes.

Hi :)
Yet another white boy. Surely there are women and non-white people
using
LibreOffice? It's only by hearing the voices of the people here and
sometimes the names that gives any hint about the range of diversity
here.
Surely we could copy some of the big companies and hire in actors,
actresses and maybe even models to show off the kind of diversity we
find
every day in any of the lists or forums but seem unable to capture on
film.

It is a nice shot of the back of the chaps head. Can't really see what
is on his screen. At least he is wearing a shirt so it's not from the
usual t-shirt brigade.
Regards from
Tom :)

Thank you very much Drew, it is a very nice pic and indeed I put it as
a
header.
I take it you have the full rights and we are free to use it.

Thanks

Howdy,

Put a submission, from a photo found on same, to the google plus page:
https://plus.google.com/111286111779516013881/posts/3VucFmHp6P9

Note this is sized at 3000 x 1000 px, per a couple of best practices
articles I read over yesterday, for good support on large displays
(Mac).

Best wishes

Hi everyone, we have just upgraded our twitter profile for the
        AskLibreOffice account:
        https://twitter.com/AskLibreOffice

If anyone with some design skills is willing to produce a
header
        we
could customise our profile page and make it look nicer.
Twitter says preferred photo size is 1500x500.

        Thanks
        Paolo
