I have added this to our Google Calendars that are listed on our Wiki 
and LibreOffice Website (About US -> Calendar). Due to the amount of 
space and the way that the Google Calendar is rendered on our site, I 
had to edit the post a bit. Let me know if this is OK or if you would 
like to edit the text a bit more.
