Yes but on the other hand, how difficult could it be: 
- I write: "all schedules are expressed in this or that time zone"
- if someone does not know, there's: www.timeanddate.com

It's not bad will from my side, it's just that I have read and seen the
same discussion going in the other direction: "I thought it was your
timezone, but then it was really mine and I missed the session" :-)
