Hi all,
Per the official website for LibrePlanet 2014
(https://libreplanet.org/2014/), the conference will be March
22nd-23rd 2014 in Cambridge, MA.
I've updated the Events wiki page here with dates and with deadlines
for Talks and for Vendor Tables:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Events#North_America
No word on venue yet, but it's been at the Harvard Science Center
multiple times, so chances are good that's where it will be held.
We have a couple of months to decide whether we want to get an
'Exhibitor table'. I've been at LibrePlanet for many years, and nearly
everyone in attendance is an ardent supporter of Free Software and is
probably using LibreOffice already. Regardless of whether we opt for a
table, I suggest that we carefully consider our audience, and think
about the best way for us to connect with the attendees.
Cheers,
