I've seen some of those MS-sponsored documents. :)
The head of software development for a very large European IT firm told 
me recently that MS "owes" them a huge amount of money for all the 
countless hours of lost productivity caused by Win8's Metro desktop.
I guess I would have to focus on the published site licensing fees.
