NP. We are all busy and all of our sites need cleaning up here and 
there. Marketing needs a lot of cleaning.

Re: 3-tier menus. Yes, all of our wiki sites work the same way. I also 
notice that the docs site also has its own sub-menu. The menu system was 
put in a while back to make browsing on our wiki sites easier. That 
third line menu is usually an important line where the menu items are of 
important links.
