I am just adding this as an action item.
The resources page is obviously the place for these links/referrals to go.
BTW, no need to wait on this one. If you have any time to collect links to
LibreOffice videos, feel free to start adding links to this thread.
I can add mine
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gIqOOajdYQ&hd=1 (LibreOffice build demo)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3To0wrawYg&hd=1 (visualization of
repository activity)
shortly there will be a third one :-)
We could
then either upload them to our YouTube channel and catalogue them someway.
uploading to one single youtube channel is impractical. That would
either require handing out the credentials to lot of people (that by
itself is problematic), or require that those who have credentials
process all the files. And it isn't done with uploading the video. For
non-English content there very likely is noone who could
answer/moderate comments written in that language. So the original
author would have to monitor comments manually, and that's no good.
It is much easier if instead the libreoffice channel would maintain
playlists and features selected videos.
But to start off, we need to gather the links.
This definitely won't hurt :-)
