IMO, we should really break out a VI (visual identity) design team
attached to the marketing team. We could then ask for help from designers
who are interested only in working in marketing items. We have a lot of
design items to work on for the marketing team. We could also use these
designer to help out on the website -- the needs of both groups coincide.
If you need something designed, send a message to the design team.
We'll make a whiteboard for it, just like we did with the 4.0 branding, and
we can even ask on our social networks for help, if you'd like.
Thanks for the response. Since then we have had a marketing team meeting
and have accepted the kind offer of help from Kannan's group for help
with design. I have left a message for you on the design list regarding
this, with all the full details.[1]
Let me know what you think.
Cheers,
Marc
