Hi *,
I know this has been discussed before, but I think its important to follow
up on in the marketing group.

Soon we are releasing LibreOffice 4.0. I'll suggest that we put a
donate-button on all download pages before the release of 4.0.

We will most likely have a lot of visitors in the first days after release
and this is a very good opportunity to ask for a small donation from the
users. Many small fish can make a large dish.

I think this should be prioritized in the marketing group to motivate the
www-group.

Cheers,
Leif

Thanks for your suggestion,

The Donation button shows on all LibreOffice banners and on all nl (native language) sites, and, the banner appears on any page that you go to on these websites.

Are you suggesting something in addition to this? If so, could you explain more?

Marc
