Jean Hollis Weber will be representing us, she has made arrangements for a booth. See this thread about her remarks[1]. You may want to contact her also, be advised that she is on away on a short 2-3 week trip with limited internet availability, so you may want to contact her directly.

Note to Tim: you may want to review notes on this thread as well. There was talk of getting an EN ISO ready for the conference and she will take care of pressing the number of discs that she needs. I believe that LibreOffice v.4.0,0 will be out by then.
