Hi,
Based on the input we received I'd like to set the call to Thursday the
17th, 7 pm CET (Berlin-Rome-Paris) wich means 6 pm London or noon NY
time. (http://doodle.com/v62vd3u23y3ag79z )
The call details are these. Dial in using this list of available numbers
http://www.talkyoo.net/main/telefonkonferenz_internationale_rufnummern
then the room number is 53 71 38.
We will be on IRC at the same time, but only for follow-up or links
sharing if necessary which means that unless you're on the call you
won't be able to follow it on IRC. The IRC channel is #libreoffice on
the freenode network.
See you there,
Just in case you missed my note on IRC, here it is again. BTW, if you
are on this list, even if you are not going to participate on the
conference call, you can still try out IRC.
My IRC post below

Hi everyone,
If you are expecting to participate in the January confcal (conference
call) meeting, it is customary for the marketing team to use the IRC as
an additional tool, this, just in case we need to share links or items
found on the internet. There have also been occasions where a confcall
telephone link was broken and we kept the meeting going by typing in the
discussion highlights on the IRC channel.
If you are new to IRC chat, there is an easy FAQ sheet on how to connect
to the IRC using the Pidgin client (I use this software) on my site[1].
If you are new to IRC, then, you may want to try the IRC software and
log into a channel before the confcall to practice, just to make sure
that it works.
There will be a note sent to the marketing list if there is a change to
the LibreOffice channel. Our usual channels are:
=========================
#libreoffice
-- This channel is for user questions and general visionary planning
chat without code to back it up.
=========================
#documentfoundation
-- Public discussions on The Document Foundation
=========================
Cheers,
Marc
