I think the various translators teams are desperately "snowed under" just trying to translate the
guides. However, i am fairly sure that posting a request to the international translators list might well
generate some interest. I'm not sure if it's their job or the websites team to put links on various LoCo
websites but links to the existing translations of the various licenses (LGPL and MPL?) might be a good start.

I think all contributor lists are snowed under. There is no problem with
some of us (marketing contributors) to help with translation. The same
goes for EN marketing members, if you speak EN and the text is in DE,
with the aid of Google translate, you could localize such things in EN.
Immanuel: Let me know if you need help with the FR text.
