Hi,
I'd like to suggest creating a page with below content:
"If you send me office files, make sure they are crossplatform format.
This means: .PDF, .ODT, .ODS, .ODP. All of them can be made by free
program LibreOffice."
The page could be then linked in email signatures. I have something
similar in this mail, but it's worse then described concept. Because
it's only in polish and english. I'm not gonna write it in other
languages because it'd be nonsense.
Such page could check user data and shows message in user language with
LibreOffice download link in proper OS and lang. version.
What do You think?

Jeśli wysyłasz mi pliki biurowe (dokumenty, arkusze, prezentacje..),
upewnij się, że są w formacie międzysystemowym, tzn.: .PDF, .ODT, .ODS,
.ODP. Wszystkie można uzyskać dzięki darmowemu pakietowi LibreOffice.
If you send me office files, make sure they are crossplatform format. This
means: .PDF, .ODT, .ODS, .ODP. All of them can be made by free program
LibreOffice.
