The issue is connected to a large number of different factors: Microsoft lobby, migration project
managed in a questionable way, lack of commitment to true open and standard formats, and lack of
management support.
The reality is that a migration project without professional and certified value added support,
from internal or external resources, is bound to failure (and not because of the software).
