Hi :)
Yes, just putting "pending" in would help.  Just something to alert people here to the fact that we
may not have organised representation just yet.  Colours are great but there are always other ways
of doing things.

Tom :)

Hi :)
How about listing them and colour-coding potential events?  Perhaps red for ones that no-one has
yet started preparing for, amber/tan for ones that have had some interest/work on the lists and
green for ones that we are certain to have some representation at?

I don't mean just make everything green just because we like the idea of people going there.  The
other colours could be useful for letting people know which ones they could usefully join in with
or start working on.

While this is a good idea, I don't think it would be practical as we would then have to have a
legend on the calendar to advise the members as well as public and we would then have to fiddle
around with the colours with the change in status.

I was hoping to keep the calendar as simple as possible. Maybe just a note on the entries that
"LibreOffice representation PENDING" would be enough -- "short and sweet".

Cheers,

Marc
