What is on our agenda is to improve the donation page. We removed the
challenge page which read like "We don't need any more money", but we
still need to implement some improvements.
Having a dedicated timeframe and reason for donating is something that I
think can be communicated very well to the public. What we should add
also is what we did with the money we received so far, and what concrete
goals we want to achieve, because then I think people will donate even
more if they know exactly what their money is used for. Examples are:
Buying infrastructure, printing brochures, funding travels to events etc.
I support Italos idea of having a marketing call in January, and we
definitely should add that to the agenda then!
