Yes, the wiki pages are fairly easy to edit.  Remember that it's always possible for people to undo 
your edits if they need to.  It is polite to ask first as you did so thanks for that :)  Typically 
i would just edit and then let the relevant lists giving them a clickable link to the page.  

In this particular case it might be good to also just write the slogan in the email to the list.  
The lists are archived so it's possible to hunt through threads but the wiki is the easiest place 
to look things up after a conversation has finished.
