Yes, this is correct, although we still have to discuss the best way to provide these services. I have been working at a first draft for a long time now, and time constraints have slowed down significantly the pace of the document, but I keep on drafting it.

The idea is to have TDF at the center of an ecosystem, where you can find different players at different levels. The ultimate goal is to offer value added services to the marketplace.

Another couple of week ends of writing, and the document will be posted on the wiki for comments and improvements. I expect many contributions, because the project is very ambitious, but in my opinion is the only way ahead for an independent free software project.
