Yes, definitely. Oracle builds its Unbreakable Linux offer on the back of RedHat, but the Linux team based in the US is totally unrelated to the OOo team based in Hamburg and developing OOo on Windows.

Actually, if they had a desktop version it would use LibreOffice, as RedHat will be using LibreOffice in the desktop version Fedora.
