The following two articles are about OOo and LibreOffice. Mostly, to me, how OOo is loosing its user base to LO and that OOo is loosing ground with the features that LO now includes in its 3.3 version over OOo's 3.3 version. These two articles make me think that if this type of negative "press" keeps up, Oracle will soon dump OOo as a useless product line. ------------------------ Linux, Open Source & Ubuntu: New OpenOffice.org Suite Uninspiring but Adequate http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Linux-and-Open-Source/New-OpenOfficeorg-Suite-Uninspiring-but-Adequate-833544/?kc=EWKNLLIN02152011STR1 -------------------------------- New OpenOffice.org Suite: Adequate, but Uninspiring http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Linux-and-Open-Source/OpenOfficeorgs-New-Suite-Adequate-But-Not-Inspiring/?kc=EWKNLLIN02152011STR2
Now that is funny. It looks like just the same article, just reworked with a different title.
We already have the full article on the LibreOffice in the Press wiki page. Maybe we will just skip the short one.
