Sure, no problem.

What I mean is - have the page in question for events where it is
certain there will be a LibO presence, for instance folks working in a
both, or someone from the community giving a presentation about LibO or
DocuFoundation. 

Not a list of events where we might go.

So, if you are going to go to an event and you are going to host a
table, or give a presentation update the page - but if you just think
someone should go, then do it first in the MLs or on a planning page,
perhaps under your personal space on the wiki - once you know you have
commitment from folks then add it to this page.
