Even if it is a smear campaign, it is imperative that the support links and the quality of support is a "front and centre" policy of LibO. Giving user support should show predominantly everywhere you go on the site.

The underlying message the short video gives is that the support will be hard to find when you adopt the LibO suite. We should beef up the visibility of our support lines on our webpages so that this message does not prove true to our website visitors.

It is a sad marketing technique being used by "that other company".

Support links are great but most medium to large business are not going to wait for help on a mailing list or forum, they don't have the time. That is what I see the 'ads' pointing to. Basically that if you use open source the instant support, like a help desk, is not there. It is not there and can not be at no cost to the end user. The OOo site was links to paid support but I have no idea how often it was used.
