[libreoffice-l10n] content in Weblate is locked for translation

All

Translating content in the Help-master on Weblate result in a message 
that translating could not be spread to version 25.8 because it is 
locked.
Also when translating content in the UI-master result in a message that 
the content is locked for translation.
I understand that maintenance is necessary, but this is for over a week 
now.
This is very frustrating for volunteers trying to keep up with 
translation to provide their user with properly translated Help and UI.
Can this be fixed.
