Thanks to Cloph and Kevin for replying to user's request.

Mr. 杨宸宁 didn't reply to Kevin's question and doesn't seem interested in
participating l10n efforts. Fortunately the Android translation doesn't have
a lot of strings, so I've now finished translating all of them, and the
corresponding change is in Gerrit waiting for approval.

However since I do not use the Android Viewer myself, we'll have to rely on
other users to test and report any issues with respect to Simplified Chinese
translations.
